(*) Use of Washer & Dryer limited to One Load per Week per person, each additional load is $3.50.
* Rates are based on occupancy of 1 to 2 guests per Suite or room.
* Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to date confirmed.
* Keys are to be returned to the Innkeeper upon departure. A locksmithing fee of $150 per key will be charged for non-returned keys.
* The Innkeeper reserves the right to bill your credit card for damage to rooms or linens.

Also, the Dining Room is complete with a couch, TV, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker,
Food Storage Space, Refrigerator, and all plates, bowls, cups, glasses, and nice silverware.
